Property worth €138,000 or more establishes a Georgian residence permit — with no work permit required, which saves at least ten working days. From €276,000 it is granted for five years initially, with a claim to permanent residence on renewal.

Service 02
Tax residency
Georgia operates a dedicated regime for high-net-worth individuals. The three main requirements run in parallel rather than in sequence — only the work permit and the residence permit build on one another.

Service 03
Buying in cryptocurrency
The purchase can be settled entirely in cryptocurrency; fiat money is not required. Accounts with regulated Georgian banks are opened alongside, including verification of crypto assets held inside and outside Georgia.

Medical care
Georgia has a largely privatised health system, and for international patients that is an argument in its own right: specialist appointments often within days, at prices 50 to 80 per cent below Western Europe.
